Steffa, MSc

Director
She has two decades of English and IELTS teaching experience at a university, in educational institutions, and as a private tutor. She continues pursuing her passion for making higher education accessible for those less privileged and assisting them in achieving educational success. She had worked for an NGO, multinational corporations, and SMEs across the cultural, automotive, hotel, and engineering industries for several years. With her diverse working experiences and interdisciplinary knowledge, she has been able to help students with varying needs better. She graduated from Warwick University with an MSc in Applied Linguistics and from Birmingham University with an MSc in Marketing. She is skilled at conducting qualitative research.
David, PhD

Director
He is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in material science and engineering, specialising in biomaterials and quantitative research. He is currently employed at a reputable UK university to actively contribute to cutting-edge research projects and play a vital role in laboratory-based investigations. With two decades of academic career, he has established himself as a highly skilled and competitive scholar and an invaluable contributor to advancing scientific knowledge and innovation, as demonstrated by his numerous publications in high-impact journals. He holds a PhD degree and has a solid educational foundation from Warwick and Liverpool universities.

With a firm belief in education’s transformative power and its pivotal role in shaping our society’s future, he aspires to empower young people to live a life of significance and advocates for disrupting educational inequalities through our team’s specialised expertise and comprehensive support. He is committed to ensuring that the team meets the academic needs of every student. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology.

She has many years of experience working in the education sector. She is responsible for daily administrative, marketing, and human resources tasks. She is a people person who enjoys communicating and interacting with internal staff, external students and clients, and business partners. She is willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding value to them. Working with a vast array of parties has left her very satisfied, particularly when various challenging needs are met. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Macau.
